The Firm

Since 1989, M. David Shapiro and David L. Goldman, have been representing people injured due to the negligence of others. Michael J. Babboni has been representing injured victims of negligent conduct since 1990. Between them M. David Shapiro, David L. Goldman and Michael J. Babboni have over 50 years of legal, trial and insurance experience.

In 2003, Anthony D. Barak became associated with the firm, having previously practiced with a local area law firm. The Law Offices of Shapiro, Goldman & Babboni are located in the historic Halton House, restored to preserve the structure as built in 1909. The firm also has an office in St. Petersburg to represent individuals in the Pinellas and Hillsborough area. Shapiro, Goldman and Babboni also maintain an office in Bradenton to better serve clients in Manatee county. The firm's office in Venice is conveniently located to serve the firm's clients in South Sarasota county, as well as Charlotte county, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda.
